Job: Pre Sales executive
Role Summary: Pre- Sales activities – Cold Calling, Marketing Communication & Lead Generation. Working closely with sales teams to ensure that the properties offered meet the customer’s requirements. You will be bringing pre-sales support to the sales team, working closely with them to deal with both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibility: Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted telephone/e-mail contact. Generate & maintain a strong pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to convert. Initiate and Identify which stage a lead in the buyer’s journey within the given target market. Nurture the leads by emphatic, clear and effective communication through various stages. Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with leads through the multiple stages of their buying journey and further gain insights from the follow-ups and multi-touch to analyse lead’s qualification for sales. Approaching prospects to conduct in-person meeting and site visits through further lead nurturing.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. MBA is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required. Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
